C.U.T.S.- YEP is a Faith based nonprofit organization that focuses on Employing, Mentoring, and Training our Young Adults between the ages of 14-18 to make positive impacts in their communities.  We are intentional about employing our youth to volunteer, serve and become active citizens, while helping to support the needs of local businesses and other community organizations.

What began as a hobby evolved into a full-time venture, where she now focuses on teaching braiding techniques, with her renowned Braid Camp classes gaining popularity. Nekaybaw's vision is to inspire creativity and confidence in others through her expertise, encouraging them to embrace their talents and pursue their dreams fearlessly.

My safety journey began in 2012, and since then, I have been making positive impacts for safety by calling others to accountability and ownership regarding safety in the workplace. My mission is to inspire millions to become one in safety. I hope to make the "Safety Man Movement" a global movement of understanding that reaches every industry.
